“Women deserve training that respects how the female body actually works.”
The Realization
Serious strength training began for Liz in 2018, and she adapted her routine during the pandemic when gyms closed. During this time, Liz realized something many women experience: what once worked for the body no longer works the same way over time.
She was training hard and not seeing it. That pushed her to go deeper, into nutrition, metabolic training, and what women's bodies actually need as they age. Transformation, she learned, has nothing to do with burning calories. It comes from building muscle, fueling the body well, and training with intention. When she made those shifts, everything changed. Better body composition, less inflammation, more energy, and a clarity she hadn't felt in years.
Liz’s Journey
Liz grew up around holistic wellness. Her parents owned fitness centers, and movement was simply part of daily life. But it was her mother who shaped her most. Teaching yoga before it was mainstream, she showed Liz early on that how you move and how you fuel your body are connected to everything.
For Liz, strength training has never been about aesthetics. It protects the body, sharpens focus, supports longevity, and gives women something far deeper than how they look: confidence and capability that carry into every part of life.
Today Liz works with women on building real strength: stronger muscles and bones, better sleep, more balanced hormones, and a body that feels good to live in. Not just to look at.
She also knows firsthand that physical strength doesn't stay in the gym. Going through significant life changes taught her that the work you do in your body shows up in your mind too. She brings that understanding into every client relationship.
Her goal is simple: meet women where they are and help them get stronger, more capable, and more confident for the long run.
Strength Realized is not a quick fix. It's a lifestyle built through education, consistency, and honoring the body at every stage of life.
